Mango rock cake recipe

I had half a tin of mango left over from dinner, so decided to make pudding too.

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 tin mango, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp orange essence
  • 1 egg

Mix ingredients together in a bowl, you may need to add extra flour to make it the right texture.

Put on baking tray and cook for 20 minutes.
