All you need is:


Strawberry

Apple

Grapes

Hand mixer or blender


Procedure:

Slice all the fruits and mix them.

Just use a hand mixer or blender.

You can add ice if you want optional.


That’s it easy and simple, now you can enjoy a fresh smoothie without any sugar or preservative.

  1. I went through a proper smoothie phase a few years ago, then just stopped for some reason. Maybe the blender broke? Must get back into it! #foodiefriday
